Securisti Consulting LLP ("Securisti", "we", "us") operates this website. This notice explains what personal data we collect through it, why, and the choices available to you. As a privacy consultancy, we hold ourselves to the standard we advise: this notice is aligned to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") and the DPDP Rules, 2025. Securisti acts as a Data Fiduciary and you as a Data Principal under the Act.
We collect personal data only when you choose to email us: your name, email address, company, and any details you include in that email. This website runs no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts of any kind — we do not collect, store, or process any personal data through your mere use of this website. We do not run web forms, booking tools, or any other data-collection mechanism on this site.
We process the details in your email under your consent in writing to us (DPDPA s.6) and, once an engagement proceeds, to deliver the services you requested as a certain legitimate use (s.7(a)). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond those specified here. You may withdraw consent at any time (s.6(4)), with the same ease with which it was given.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Should this change in future, this notice will be updated in advance and consent obtained where required.
Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and thereafter for our legitimate business, legal and record-keeping needs, consistent with DPDPA s.8(7)–(8) and Rule 8. Access and security logs, where maintained, are retained for a minimum of one year (DPDP Rules, Rule 8 & Seventh Schedule).
We use an email hosting provider to receive and store correspondence, operating under a contract that restricts processing to our instructions and requires appropriate security safeguards, consistent with DPDPA s.8(2). We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your personal data, except where required by law.
Our email hosting provider may process data outside India. DPDPA s.16 permits transfer of personal data outside India except to countries restricted by the Central Government; our processor does not operate from a restricted country.
Personal data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and logging appropriate to the risk, consistent with DPDPA s.8(5) and Rule 6. In the event of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you without delay and the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by s.8(6) and Rule 7.
Under the DPDPA, you may: request a summary of your personal data and processing activities (s.11); request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data (s.12); withdraw consent at any time (s.6(4)); nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (s.14); and raise a grievance with us before approaching the Data Protection Board of India (s.13).
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@securisti.com with the subject "Data Principal Request". We acknowledge and respond within the timelines prescribed under the Act and Rules. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 (DPDPA s.9). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will erase it.
